The Chamois I can be rented from the floor creating a large duplex apartment (190 sqm, 7 bedrooms), which can accommodate up to 18 people.
Large entrance airlocks containing a shoe dryer, 4 bedrooms (2 x 1 bed of
2 people, 1 x 1 bed of 2 people - 2 bunk beds, 1 x 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with 2 sinks and bathtub, 1 separate toilet, 1 room with toilet and shower. Vast living room of 55 m2, with new kitchen very well equipped, 4 sofas, flat screen TV.
The accommodation has a terrace, with tables, accessible from the outside of the building (usually not cleared in winter) and 1 small balcony on the south façade, with beautiful views of Saint Nicholas the Chapel
Parking in front of the farm and 100 m. Shops, restaurants, rental of ski equipment nearby and accessible on foot (200 m).
Shuttle to the slopes easily accessible on foot.
Open water access area with landscaped beaches and supervised swimming at 250 m.
At the direct start of many marked hikes.
Possible rentals for short periods (min. two days), weeks and WE.
Caution of 1500 euros to be paid by transfer 10 days before the start of the stay.
Charges (Electricity (new electric heating, hot water balloons), water and residence tax) not included in the rental price (reading meters on arrival and departure)
