Logement bien agencé et joliment aménagé mais besoin d’un rafraîchissement (murs abîmés) et propreté moyenne (toiles d’araignée, poussières et projections non nettoyées). Ustensiles de cuisine très abîmés et non utilisables (revêtement anti adhésif abîmé), mobilier de terrasse à revoir (chaises de camping et pas de table).
