Description
Individual chalet with all the necessary comfort for a most successful stay: a large living room with a stove, a large garden with a south-east furnished terrace, superb view of the valley and Mont-Blanc! Free ski shuttle 50 meters away.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- an entrance with a bench and a coat rack
- a bright and warm living room with a lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a large TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people guests. You will also have direct access to the terrace from this room.
- a separate and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker.
- bedroom 4: a double sofa bed and an office space
- Separate toilets
Upstairs :
- bedroom 1 : a double bed
- bedroom 2 : double bed, 2 single beds, one of which is raised
- bedroom 3 : with sloping ceilings, perfect for children. It has 3 single beds.
- a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a hair dryer and a heated towel rail
- a bathroom with shower, a heated towel rail and a toilet
Exterior:
A large private, unfenced garden of 900m² with a 30m² terrace facing south-east, with a picnic table, a parasol and deck chairs, enough to enjoy an incredible view of Mont-Blanc during a good meal!
Ski slopes :
Free shuttle 50 meters away in season to get to the ski slopes located 5 km away in Les Evettes, "Espace Diamant" ski area.
Additional equipment:

- wifi connection not available, good connection to 4G network
- a bike room and 4 private parking spaces are available at the foot of the chalet
- a travel cot and a booster seat are available on site
