The chalet is located at Cernix, 111 Chemin de la Source, Crest Voland / Cohennoz on a plot of about 1200 square meters which is accessed by a private road along the Telemark or behind the hotel Mont Charvin . The shopping center on the Place du Cernix, so 70 meters offers all the services of proximity: rental of skis, bicycles, mountain bikes, strollers, sports accessories ...... .Sale of regional products, press, bread, groceries ...... Office tourism and sale of ski passes ... .Cybercafe ...... Restaurants (Mont Charvin and Montana), Spa ......
The Chalet is located at the foot of the slopes of Cernix which provide access to the entire Espace Diamant, 200 kilometers of trails to Les Saisies, Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Praz sur Arly.
The Cernix Chairlift also offers direct access to the cross-country skiing trails of the Col des Saisies pass.
This is the starting point for beautiful walks in the summer to Beaufortin, the Aravis, the Mont Blanc range ... ..
Car park
On Private Road along the Telemark.
In winter, due to the snow and when snow falls are announced, it is appropriate to find space on the free parking in front and a little after the waste space, containers, on the road to Bel Avoine.
Garden
All private land in front of the chalet facing the Aravis mountain range. The 4-meter strip of land that runs along the cottage to the west is also part of the property and the path to the cottage.

Living / dining room 80 square meters, East / West exposure, breathtaking views of the Aravis range.
Large sofa forming an angle, about 10 seats, facing the fireplace and giving Mont Charvin side. Armchairs and small stools complete this set.
TV, DVD, play area for children and adults with table and chairs, babyfoot, large rectangular dining table with benches.
American kitchen overlooking the living / dining room, fully equipped. Fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, raclette, crockery for 14 people. Under the black granite bar and on all sides are the storage cupboards invisible handles. They open by pressure!

Shower, washbasin and WC.
Local ski and summer equipment
Room for storing skis and shoes with benches for the comfort of all.
Washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer at an extra charge.
